We started the real estate services by combining brokerage, development and fundraising as a solution for “ground-up” office and industrial properties in suburban areas of the Phoenix metropolitan market including the municipalities of Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, & Tempe. To adjust to the changes in the Phoenix marketplace, we have added fund management and investment services related to the “fix and flip” of foreclosure homes. In order to service this market we have assembled a “one stop shop” of vendors including brokers, contractors, trustee sales research, trustee sales bidding services and financial analysts. Additionally, we have created a debt fund for our equity investors to support the leveraged investment of foreclosure “fix and flip” homes.

We are a full-service brokerage based in Phoenix, Arizona (actually officed in Tempe). Our mission is two-fold. First, we apply John Hancock’s experience with Progressive Marketing to real estate in order to help our clients more effectively sell their properties (commercial and residential). Second, we apply John Hancock’s background in finance and investment (education at Thunderbird and CCIM). John is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) which basically means that we apply sound, proven financial principles for both our residential and commercial investors when we search for and acquire property.
John E. Hancock (Owner and Designated Broker) brings a passion for marketing and sales to real estate. John has been a resident and business owner since 1985 in the Phoenix, Arizona market. After a varied career in aerospace, high technology and marketing, John entered the real estate industry as a licensed agent in 2004. He quickly saw the opportunity to apply his business expertise and marketing skills to an industry that was increasingly moving toward the use of the Internet. John has specialized in working with investors and sellers in single family homes, offices and industrial property in the East Valley.
